We are honoured to be presenting Becoming Tom Thomson at the Earth Film Festival along side Autumn Peltier's film The Water Walker. This fund-raising event is held by The Grey Sauble Conservation Foundation.

Becoming Tom Thomson screened in IMAX at Science North in Sudbury, Ontario on Earth Day.
Becoming Tom Thomson won the Alegra Audience Choice Award for best film at the 10th annual Milton Film Festival.
North Bear Pictures became a member of the Canadian Media Producers Association.
Becoming Tom Thomson started its limited theatrical release at the Stratford Cinemas.

It was an honour to take part in the CBC's Independent Producers Environmental roundtable, presenting on how to build a sustainability plan from scratch.
We were a guest speaker on The Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television - Academy Talks series, discussing sustainable filmmaking and using the Albert calculator
Becoming Tom Thomson has it's world premiere at the Cinefest Sudbury International Film Festival where it received the Outstanding Northern Ontario Short Film Award.
